    Los pimientos son bajos en calorias, incluso si te comes una taza completa no sumas más de 45 calorias. Pero esa ración te aporta más de la cuota diaria de Vitamina A y C!!!
    Contienen muchísima vitamina C, probablemente el alimento con mayor concentración de Vitamina C, lo cual fortalece tu sistema immunológico y mantine la piel joven.
    La capsaicina en los pimientos tiene múltiples beneficios. Estudios muestran que ayuda a reducir el “mal” colesterol, ayuda en el control de la diabetes, alivia dolores y disminuye inflamaciones.
    El contenido sulfúrico, en los pimientos, juega un papel protector en ciertos tipos de cáncer.
    Son una excelente fuente de Vitamina E, que ayuda a mantener la piel joven.
    También contienen un alto contenido de Vitamina B6 que es esencial para la salud del sistema nervioso y ayuda en la renovación de células.
    Ciertas enzimas en los pimientos, como la luteína, protege a nuestros ojos de cataratas y macula degenerativa.

    Since 2009, we have experience growing Bell Peppers, Mini Pointys and Palermo Peppers. We have built a sophisticated and versatile packing system where we have packed over 60 different pepper presentations according to the spec of each of our clients and commercial partners.
